Another amazing wine from Vincent Perrin. This is 100% Chardonnay, aged one year in oak from 70 year old vines. The grapes are grown in clay-limestone soil. Considered one of the finest wines in the Burgundy region, this wine is golden with a hint of green. The nose is lime, hazelnut and honey that follow through on the palate. It has a lovely long finish, with a perfect balance of acid.
